I look forward to engaging with clients to preserve and manage their investments, and help them make work optional. I am well versed in many financial areas and enjoy being my clients go to person, for questions regarding all facets of their financial lives. Each situation is different, and therefore solutions vary for each client, although some may be similar, I work with clients to establish a strategy that best helps them pursue their goals. I have been very active in the community with Junior Achievement, Kiwanis, Old News Boys, Sportsmen for Youth, Ducks Unlimited and announcing at various youth sporting events all the way up to high school sports.
I began my career in public accounting in 1992, where I worked for Brickley Delong P.C. and BDO Seidman. During my time in public accounting I worked on individual and corporate tax returns, reviews of private corporations, and audits of several not for profit entities, municipalities and public school districts. I have over 22 years, of experience, as a Wealth Management Advisor. In this time I have assisted clients with IRA, 401(k) Strategies, lump sum pension distributions, college savings and inheritances.
My wife(Carrie) and I enjoy spending time with our three daughters and our Silver Lab “Sailor”. In my spare time I like anything outdoors and watching my girls perform in the arts or in the sport they happen to be playing at that time.
I have a Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 registrations held with LPL Financial. I attained a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual majors in Finance and Accountancy from Ferris State University (1993)
